Rooted in passion, growing in purpose…the WxLA founding group has expanded into a volunteer Board of Directors!
Created in 2018, WxLA is a vocal advocacy initiative for gender justice in landscape architecture. We raise awareness for the challenges that prevent womxn from reaching their highest potential, provide information about the barriers to womxn and strategies for change and celebrate new models of working. WxLA is fueled 100% by volunteers – people who are passionate about our mission and have the capacity to contribute time, energy, insights and other resources.
Our incredible team of volunteers, led by our founders and directors, are stepping up to guide WxLA’s strategic initiatives across all five of our focus areas.
